The organisation
30+ years of expedition and outdoor experience. 23 experts on the ground keep your four days safe, smooth and well supported.
The Climbing Managers team counts 23 experienced specialists - IFMGA guides and rope experts, on-site medics, ex-Special Forces, logistics veterans - who keep every stage safe, smooth and well-supported. There's always someone next to you who knows exactly what they're doing.
Climbing Managers wrote the playbook for multisport events in Belgium before the format even existed here. We know where it goes wrong, when to ease teams, and when it's safe to push. That rhythm shapes your four days.
Your only job: train, build your team and show up at the coast on November 12. Climbing Managers handles the rest - route, supplies, sleeping spots, gear, guides, medical, comms and the stories afterwards.

Climbing Managers has decades of expedition and outdoor events behind it. This is not a pilot.
The Climbing Managers team brings guides, rope experts, medics, ex-Special Forces and logistics. All with you the whole way.
Permanent medical cover, certified installations and an experienced race director on every stage. The Climbing Managers standard.
Route, bags, catering, sleeping, gear checks. You focus on the sport and your team - Climbing Managers handles the rest.
Our story
Climbing Managers is not a young agency improvising its first edition. Many of our current team members built Belgium's biggest corporate raids back in the '90s.
In the 1990s we worked together at Escape Sports in Korbeek-Dijle - at the time a leading Belgian outdoor company for corporate sports events. There we co-built iconic raids like the Chambers Trophy, the Electrabel Trophy and the LeasePlan Trophy.
In 2010 we launched Climbing Managers. Our leadership journeys took participants to some of the most beautiful places on the planet - from the deserts of the Atacama to Mount Stanley in Uganda, from rafting in Alaska to walking the Camino de Compostela.
With Crossing Belgium, the Climbing Managers team steps out to the wider public for the first time. Same organisation, same experience, same safety culture - now on home ground, for teams of 3 friends, colleagues or family who want to share something they'll never forget.

How Climbing Managers works
Climbing Managers follows international standards for climbing, abseiling and rafting. On-site medical cover, day and night.
No off-the-shelf programme at Climbing Managers. Stages are sharp but doable for any fit team that has trained.
Route scouted in advance by drone and on foot. Supplies, sleeping spots and bags travel with us - you only carry a day pack.
Crossing Belgium is intentionally small. That's how we keep the support personal and the experience intense.
