Everything you need to know about Crossing Belgium 2026.

What you need to handle

No elite athletes required - just a solid base of fitness.

  • Aged 18 – 81
  • Swim 250 m
  • Run 10 km in 90 min
  • Hike 25 km in 6 hours

💪 And a “yes we can” attitude.

Categories & teams

Three categories - all in team format.

  • Categories: Men · Women · Mixed Men/Women
  • Team size: 3 athletes + 1 coach

Coaches support the team and may step in on specific stages when needed.

A team is 3 athletes + 1 coach (4 in total). Friends, colleagues, clubmates, siblings - everyone welcome from age 18. We see teams of twenty-somethings start next to teams in their fifties.

The common factor isn't age or sport level - it's mindset: digging in when it gets hard, and laughing at 10 p.m. in a tired camp.
